i had a fantastic stay at sheraton. the room was cozy, and the courtyard view was beautiful. kirsten at check-in was super friendly, and troy, the doorman, went above and beyond by helping with my bags. plus, the sprawling outdoor pool was a great spot to unwind after a long day.

Checking in on Christmas night, I was impressed by the exceptional service from Kirsten and Troy, who made me feel welcome despite the holiday. The courtyard view from my Traditional Guest room with 2 Queen beds was lovely, and the freshly made sandwiches available were a tasty highlight. However, the pool area could use some more maintenance, and the noise from nearby rooms made it difficult to relax. Overall, the hotel's modern feel is commendable, but attention to some details would enhance the experience.

The bar service was excellent with strong drinks in the evening.

While the hotel has excellent food and friendly staff, I did encounter some issues. My room wasn't serviced during my four-night stay, and I faced noise disturbances from nearby guests. Visiting the pool and lazy river was enjoyable, though. Breakfast and dinner were truly delightful!

The restaurant hours are incredibly limited!!! Also, cleanliness needs attention, as I found a pill by the bed. Please upgrade the bedding from just flat sheets!!!

We enjoyed our stay in the beautifully designed room where the bedding felt amazing and the towels were super soft against my skin. The outdoor pool was great for relaxing, and we loved lounging in the sun on the comfy sun loungers. The only downside was the limited menu options at the restaurant, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

I had high hopes for this place, thought it was gonna be a real treat after hearing good things.

Sure, it wasn’t cheap, but I expected more for the price.

i recently stopped by this hotel for a quick getaway and was blown away by the friendly staff and how clean everything was. the bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after my day. compared to my last stay in flowood, this visit exceeded my expectations in every way.

Some basic issues didn’t sit right. My bed had only two flat sheets with no comforter, making it less than cozy, and I found a Benadryl pill on the floor, raising concerns about the thoroughness of the cleaning. Lighting was spotty as the lamp didn’t function, and coffee options were limited to black regular brew at Starbucks.

The room was spacious with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. I loved the private bathroom and ample towels. The outdoor swimming pool was awesome. The fitness center had great equipment. The decor was really nice, and the location had easy access. Perfect for relaxing after a busy day.
